Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at SANOUFi Store. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund process for digital keys.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital software licenses, once a key has been delivered and revealed to the customer, it cannot be "returned". Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once the key is sent.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

The license key is proven to be invalid or non-functional (Verification from the vendor is required).
The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
The product has not been accessed or "viewed" in your account dashboard.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds if the customer purchased the wrong version, or if the system does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for the software.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team at store@sanoufi.com with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
